Which rates are used?
Fee: 10% of the goods price. US domestic shipping: $2/kg. USA-to-Ukraine shipping: $7/kg. Assumed duty: 10% of goods, fee and both shipping legs. VAT: 20% of that amount plus duty.
This is a preliminary estimate, not a final quote. The 10% duty is an assumption for this calculator, not a universal or verified average tariff. Actual duty depends on commodity code, origin and applicable relief.
Separate brokerage, certification, insurance, storage, bank fees and delivery within Ukraine are excluded. These are agreed in the budget where applicable. Bulky cargo may be charged by volumetric weight.
The fee is included in the calculation base in this simplified model. Actual customs value and service taxation depend on the contract and documents. Customs payments use the applicable NBU exchange rate on the declaration date.
